Prescriber Bag Ordering Information
How to order your PBS Prescriber Bag online
- Build your order. Take the standard monthly set, or just pick the items you're running low on.
- Upload your signed PB052. A phone photo works.
- We dispense it at Priceline Pharmacy Sunshine Marketplace and ship it free, anywhere in Australia.
Who can order
DocPouch is for AHPRA-registered prescribers eligible under the scheme: GPs, nurse practitioners, and endorsed midwives. You'll need your prescriber number and a signed PB052 each time you order.
What you can order
Up to the PBS monthly maximum for any item, as long as your current bag stock is below that max. Once a month, that's the rule, and no stockpiling. Full list or partial top-up, either's fine.
What it costs
Nothing. PBS Prescriber Bag supplies are free to eligible prescribers for emergency patient use, and we don't charge for delivery either.
The paperwork, plainly
The signed PB052 is the legal instruction for supply. It's what actually authorises the pharmacy to dispense. It has to be completed in triplicate and signed by you, and the original plus duplicate need to reach us. You upload a copy here to get the order moving, and the original paperwork follows. Each form only covers the month written on it. When the order arrives, you or someone at your practice signs for it.

Important note
Uploading your PB052 here gets your order moving, but the signed original still has to reach the pharmacy as PBS requires. DocPouch handles the ordering; it doesn't replace the paperwork.
